Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we expect a delay beyond this window, we will contact you with an updated timeline.

Shipping Costs

Standard orders ship FedEx Ground (3–5 business days) for a flat $9.95 anywhere in the U.S. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Expedited Shipping
Need it faster? Call us at 470-582-1334 and we'll arrange expedited shipping for an additional charge.

Carriers 

We ship primarily via FedEx, with UPS used occasionally depending on the destination and package. Carrier selection is at our discretion.

Packaging

Memory modules are shipped in anti-static packaging to protect against electrostatic discharge (ESD) during transit. Please retain this packaging if you may need to return the item.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately at marketing@relutech.com so we can file a claim with the carrier and make it right.

If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, or your shipment appears lost in transit, contact us at marketing@relutech.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
