This Cookie Policy explains how ReluTech, LLC ("ReluTech," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the ReluTech Store. It should be read with our Store Privacy Policy. Our corporate site at https://relutech.com has a separate privacy policy.

What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, and similar tools (together, "cookies") to run the Store, remember preferences, and understand how the Store is used.

Where this policy applies

The Store is directed to customers in the United States. Shipping is available within the United States only.

If you access the Store from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, non-essential cookies (including analytics) are off until you opt in. Essential cookies still run so the Store can function.

How we get your cookie preferences

We use a cookie banner and Google Consent Mode v2 on the storefront.

United States visitors

  • Essential: Always on (cart, checkout session, security, preference storage)
  • Analytics: On by default (GA4 + Clarity) unless Reject
  • Advertising: Off by default until Allow (no ad tags today)

For US visitors, analytics storage is granted by default. Choosing Reject turns analytics off. Doing nothing leaves analytics on and advertising off.

EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland visitors

  • Essential: Always on
  • Analytics: Off until Allow
  • Advertising: Off until Allow

Your preference is stored for 120 days (including gtm_consent where used) and, where supported, passed to Shopify checkout on relutech.myshopify.com. Shopify may still set its own essential cookies on checkout.

Change preferences anytime via the Store banner/footer control.

  • Google Analytics 4 (GTM on storefront; Google & YouTube Shopify app on checkout for purchase events to same GA4 property)
  • Microsoft Clarity (session replays/heatmaps). Configure to avoid sensitive input; payment on Shopify checkout only.

Analytics: default on for US (unless Rejected); only after Allow for EEA/UK/CH.

Advertising cookies

None active today. Load only if Allow.
